A collaborative, responsive process
I offer integrated coaching for people navigating complexity, pressure, recovery and change.
The work brings together therapeutic conversation, behavioural health, movement, meditation, breath, Buddhist practice and the natural world.
It is collaborative, relational and responsive. Rather than following a fixed programme, the work evolves over time, shaped by the person, the context and what is needed.
The work may take place in conversation, in movement, online, in person, outdoors, or through more embedded support in daily life.
Low-profile support for high-profile lives
I work in private households, public-facing lives and multidisciplinary teams, offering careful support that may sit alongside psychiatric or clinical care. This can include support during periods of crisis, recovery, relapse risk and complex family or relational dynamics.
In these settings, the work often involves knowing when to stay in the background, when to offer direction, and how to maintain a reliable, boundaried presence behind the scenes.
Beginning the conversation
Much of my work begins through word of mouth or personal recommendation. Direct enquiries are welcome.
I usually begin with a conversation to understand what is needed and whether the work feels like the right fit.
Big Ideas, Real Impact.
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
